Direct Drop-Off
Samples can be dropped off directly at the main laboratory located at 9632 South 500 West, Sandy, Utah. Our normal sample receiving hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday (closed holidays).
Sample Pick-Up
Chemtech-Ford Laboratories provides a courier service for clients along the Wasatch Front. Please contact us at 801-262-7299 to arrange for pickup or drop samples at one of the locations below.
Orem Drop Off Location

Samples picked up every day at 12:30 pm (excluding holidays)
Utah County Health and Justice Building
151 S. University Avenue, Provo, UT
Samples picked up Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 am (excluding holidays)
Weber-Morgan Health Department
477 23rd Street, Ogden, UT
Samples picked up Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 12:00 pm (excluding holidays)
FedEx or UPS
Chemtech-Ford provides the sample bottles to each client in a cooler. The cooler is entirely adequate to use as a shipping container when you return the samples. Federal Express, and UPS handle our coolers on a routine basis.
